By creating an account and using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use LetReady only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the platform to store false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or other users' accounts.
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without our written consent.

3. Subscription terms and cancellation
LetReady is offered on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually in advance, depending on the plan you select. All fees are stated in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
Upon cancellation, your data will remain accessible until the end of your billing period, after which your account will be deactivated. You may export your data at any time before deactivation.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect. Continued use of the service after the price change takes effect will be treated as acceptance of the new price only where you have been given at least 30 days' advance written notice of the change.
Statutory right to cancel
You have 14 days from your subscription start date to cancel for a full refund under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, provided you have not used the service. If you have used the service within those 14 days, you will receive a proportionate refund for any unused portion.
To cancel, email info@let-ready.co.uk within 14 days of your subscription start date, stating your name, account email address, and that you wish to cancel. We will process your cancellation and any applicable refund within 14 days of receiving your request.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LetReady Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to LetReady in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
